CRIMINAL CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA (1995) Article 12 Age for criminal responsibility A person bears criminal responsibility if, at the time he or she commits an offence, has reached the age of fourteen.
A person who commits a criminal contravention bears responsibility at the age of sixteen.
